• LTU (La Trobe University): Served as MarTech Support from reverse brief creation to solution design. Worked on schema creation, data ingestion, pipeline setup, profile creation and dummy data creation for validation of schema.
• CFS (Colonial First State): Collaborated on the CFS Data Uplift project, assisting in solution design and ensuring accurate creation and formatting of reverse brief documentation.
• Bankwest: Supported Adobe Journey Optimizer template creation and editing. Also implemented custom fonts, logos, and layout structures to align with brand guidelines.
• Thomas Insurance Services: Automated personalized renewal email/new business email draft to their outlook using Power Automate. Enhanced email templates and developed a data-collection chatbot integrated with APIs for fetching data and then storing responses in the excel sheet. Also created a backend flow for captcha verification in the chatbot and also for validating the unique session key used for each individual form.
• We Are Explorers: Built n8n automation flows for blog generation from structured documents applying all the formatting, standard guidelines & automated image additions, tagging, and hyperlink generation within content using the Gemini API.
